In 2019 Elite Legacy Education Hall of Fame inductees Anita and Sam Winkles. In 2011 Sam enrolled himself and Anita for a free workshop and they went on to attend a three-day basic real estate investing. Their net worth was negative, they had no money and savings and consume their debt in six figure range. Despite that, with in a few weeks Sam and Anita had an income property under contract. Getting that first creatively finance property deal under their belts gave Sam and Anita their confidence they needed to start looking for more. It took two years to eliminate all their bad debt and using real estate as the vehicle to change their financial outlook.

Anita was able to leave her corporate management job in 19 months and Sam left his corporate management job about three and a half years later. Since lived in the corporate world Sam and Anita's sole source of income is related to real estate. they've hundreds of real estate transactions and have created five real estate companies. The strategies they currently employ are income properties, creative financing, banking relationship, commercial syndication, private money lending, owner finance, fix and flip, whole sale and international investing. Because of their standing as respected investors in their community, Anita was invited to sit on the board of directors of a financial institution they do business with and she serves as the President of the board. They give back to the investment community by helping others real about real estate investing and use the gain knowledge to realize their dreams and change their family legacy.
